Dr. Bud Keith was a renowned nutritionist and pioneer in the wellness and fitness industry back in the 1960's and 70's, working alongside the legendary "Godfather of Fitness," Mr. Jack LaLanne. He followed a strict whole foods diet with the guiding principle of ?quality over quantity,? which meant no chemical preservatives, artificial ingredients or refined sugars-EVER. One day, as a healthy on-the-go snack for his kids, Dr. Keith ground up a mix of whole food supplements and combined them with organic peanut butter and organic honey. He took one taste of the deliciously nutritious creation and exclaimed, "It's PERFECT!"...The Perfect Foods Bar was born. In 2005, the eldest Keith siblings decided it was time to share their Dad's recipe with the world, and it's with great joy today that they work together as a family in sharing his legacy and nutrition principles with people just like you.
